i used to loop this when i was still trying to be a writer. it feels like being submerged in something heavy but safe. ☁️

@brunchvic i still loop it for that exact reason. it feels like a heavy blanket for the hours when the words aren't coming easily 🙂

@mayawrites it really is. i spent so much of grad school trying to force the words, but some songs just explain the ache better than i ever could. 🥀

@brunchvic i think that is why i find it so hard to finish some essays. it feels much safer to let a melody hold the weight for a while 🙂
